Enrollment Information

Enrollment at Tiny Vines Nursery is intentionally limited to keep the program small, calm, and relationship-centered. Because each space matters, enrollment happens in a thoughtful, step-by-step process to make sure the timing, schedule, and overall fit feel right for everyone.

Brightwheel is used for communication, enrollment paperwork, and tuition billing — so once a family is ready to move forward, the process stays simple and organized.

If you have questions at any point, I'm always happy to help guide you through the next step.

Join the Interest List

The first step is submitting an interest form. This lets me know you're interested and gives me the basic information I need to reach out. You're welcome to submit at any time — even if you don't see current openings listed.

Initial Contact & Tour

Once I receive your interest form, I'll reach out to learn more about what you're looking for — schedule, start date, age of your child — and share what's currently available. If there's potential for a good fit, I'll invite you to come tour the space. Tours are offered to all interested families, regardless of current availability, so there's no need to wait for an opening before connecting.

Enrollment Application

Families who would like to move forward after the tour are invited to complete an enrollment application, confirming their interest, preferred start date, and schedule. Applications are generally accepted only after a tour has taken place.

Enrollment Offer

If a regular part-time or full-time space is available and the fit feels right, I'll extend a formal enrollment offer. Offers are based on availability, schedule fit, and licensing requirements, and hold the space for 72 hours while enrollment paperwork is completed.

Drop-In Enrollment

Even when regular spaces aren't available, drop-in care may be an option. Drop-in enrollment allows families to book occasional care on an as-needed basis, subject to availability and pre-approval. If this sounds like a fit, we'll talk through what that looks like during our initial conversation.

Waitlist

If no space is currently available — or if you're planning ahead for an infant spot — families may be added to the waitlist. I'll reach out when something opens up that matches your needs. Being on the waitlist does not guarantee placement, but it keeps you connected for future availability.

Forms & Enrollment Fee

To confirm the space, families complete all required enrollment paperwork and submit the non-refundable enrollment fee within the 72-hour window. Enrollment is not considered confirmed until both have been received.

Tuition & First Day Prep

The first month's tuition must be paid in full before your child's first day. Brightwheel should also be set up for communication, attendance, and billing prior to care beginning. Once all forms and payments are complete, you're ready to go.
