Enrollment Information

Enrollment at Tiny Vines Nursery is intentionally limited to maintain a small, relationship-based program. Because space is reserved and each placement impacts the group dynamic, families move through a structured enrollment process designed to ensure alignment and readiness.

 

We use Brightwheel to streamline communication, enrollment forms, and tuition payments, allowing for a transparent and organized experience from initial interest through your child’s first day.

 

If you have questions at any point, we’re here to guide you through the process.

Interest Form Submission

Families begin by submitting an interest form, which places them on our contact list for upcoming availability. Submission of an interest form does not guarantee enrollment or placement.

Availability & Initial Contact

When a space becomes available, families will be contacted to review program details, answer initial questions, and schedule a tour if appropriate.

Application Invitation

Families who wish to move forward after touring may be invited to submit a formal application.

Enrollment Offer

Enrollment offers are extended based on availability, program fit, and licensing requirements.

Enrollment Confirmation

Enrollment is confirmed once the enrollment packet is completed and the non-refundable enrollment fee is paid within 72 hours of the offer. Offers not accepted within this timeframe may be withdrawn.

First Month Tuition Payment

The first month’s tuition must be paid prior to the child’s first day of care. After enrollment begins, tuition follows the regular monthly billing schedule and is due on the 20th for the upcoming month.
