Enrollment Information
We strive to make the enrollment process simple and stress-free for families. To streamline everything, we use Brightwheel, a secure platform for enrollment, billing, and daily updates. Through Brightwheel, you can easily complete enrollment forms, manage tuition payments, and stay connected with your child’s day. Our goal is to ensure a transparent and convenient experience, allowing you to focus on what matters most—your child’s growth and well-being.

1. Initial InquiryÂ
Interested families may contact us via email or by submitting an Interest form on Brightwheel.
2. Waitlist or Tour Invitation
Based on the Interest Form answers, parents are either placed on our waitlist (if care is not needed in the near future) or invited to schedule a tour using our Tour Request form on Brightwheel.
3. Tour & Information Session
Families will tour the facility, meet the provider, see our space, ask any questions they have, and learn more about our schedule, policies, and tuition.
4. Application for Enrollment & Application Fee
If a family wishes to proceed with enrollment, they must submit an Application for Enrollment Form on Brightwheel, along with the non-refundable Application Fee. The application fee holds the spot for a limited time while completing enrollment paperwork.
5. Enrollment Packet Completion
Families must complete the Enrollment Packet, which includes forms required by state licensing, consent forms, and immunization records.
6. Enrollment Contract & Tuition Deposit
Once we receive the completed Enrollment Packet, we will send a personalized Enrollment Contract within 1 business day. To guarantee enrollment, families must sign the contract and pay the tuition deposit within 24 hours.
7. Welcome Packet & First Day Preparation
Enrolled families will receive a Welcome Packet, including confirmation of their child's first day, tuition payment details, and first-day reminders, including a list of supplies to bring for their child..
