Enrollment Information

Enrollment at Tiny Vines Nursery is intentionally limited to keep the program small, calm, and relationship-centered. Because each space matters, enrollment happens in a thoughtful, step-by-step process to make sure the timing, schedule, and overall fit feel right for everyone.

Brightwheel is used for communication, enrollment paperwork, and tuition billing — so once a family is ready to move forward, the process stays simple and organized.

If you have questions at any point, I'm always happy to help guide you through the next step.

Start with the Interest Form

Most families begin by submitting the Interest Form. This helps Tiny Vines Nursery learn a little about your child, your timing, your schedule needs, and the type of care you are looking for.

Only need occasional drop-in care? Families using the drop-in self-enrollment option may skip the initial interest form and tour and complete the Drop-In Enrollment Packet directly.

Initial Contact & Tour

After the Interest Form is submitted, Tiny Vines Nursery will review your family’s care needs and follow up about possible next steps. When appropriate, families may be invited to schedule a tour.

Tours are a chance to see the space, ask questions, and learn more about the rhythm, policies, and expectations of this small home-based program.

Choose the Path That Fits Your Family

After initial contact or a tour, families move into the pathway that best matches their care needs.

Drop-In Care

For families who need occasional, pre-approved care when space is available.

  1. Complete the Drop-In Enrollment Packet

  2. Wait for review and approval

  3. Request drop-in dates as needed

  4. Complete child update forms when requested

The Drop-In Enrollment Packet includes:

  • Drop-In Enrollment Information

  • Licensing forms

  • Participation authorizations

  • Allergen verification

  • Parent Handbook Agreement

  • Drop-In Enrollment Agreement

  • Drop-In Tuition & Payment Agreement

The enrollment fee is required to submit the packet.

Completing drop-in enrollment does not reserve specific dates. After enrollment is approved, each drop-in date must be requested separately and confirmed in advance.

Full-Time & Part-Time Care

For families looking for a regular enrolled space at Tiny Vines Nursery.

  1. Complete the Waitlist Application

    • When space becomes available, you'll be notified

  2. Submit an Application for Enrollment when a space may be a fit

  3. If an offer is made, complete the Enrollment & Schedule Agreement

  4. Complete the Enrollment Packet

  5. Wait for enrollment confirmation

If there is a current opening that may fit your needs, Tiny Vines Nursery may invite you to skip the waitlist step and complete the Application for Enrollment directly.

The Enrollment Packet includes:

  • Licensing forms

  • Participation authorizations

  • Allergen verification

  • Parent Handbook Agreement

  • Tuition Agreement & Payment Terms

The enrollment fee is required to submit the packet.

Applications do not guarantee enrollment. Openings are reviewed based on availability, licensing capacity, age ratios, requested schedule, start-date compatibility, group needs, and program fit.

When Care Begins

Care begins after all required forms have been completed, the enrollment packet has been reviewed, Brightwheel is set up for communication, attendance, and billing, required payments have been submitted, and Tiny Vines Nursery has confirmed enrollment or approved drop-in care through Brightwheel.

For ongoing enrollment, the first month’s tuition must be paid in full before your child’s first day of care.
