Tuition & Fees
Tiny Vines Nursery operates on an enrollment-based tuition model. Tuition is based on enrollment rather than attendance and secures your child’s reserved space in the program.
Tuition rates remain the same regardless of a child’s age, except where otherwise specifically noted (such as sibling rates for overnight care).
Tuition is billed monthly and due in advance. Invoices are issued mid-month for the upcoming month, with payment due on the 20th.
Automatic payments through Brightwheel are required. A 2.95% processing fee applies to card payments; families may choose ACH bank transfer to avoid processing fees.
All drop-in, evening, and overnight care must be scheduled and approved in advance. Unscheduled or unannounced arrivals cannot be accepted.
Families participating in subsidy programs are responsible for any difference between program tuition and subsidy payments.
Enrollment-Based Care
Enrollment-Based Care rates apply to families with an active tuition agreement and a reserved space in the program.
Program Hours
Full Time (4+ days/week) - $1500/month
Part Time (3 days/week) - $1100/month
Extended Hours
AM (7:30am-8:00am) - $200/month
PM (5:00pm-6:00pm) - $400/month
Drop-In Care
Drop-In Care is available by pre-approval and on a space-available basis.
A 2-hour minimum applies to all care.
Weekdays (8a-6p)
Half Day (≤4 hours) - $60
Full Day (4-8 Hours) - $100
$20/hour beyond 8 hours
Weekends (8a-6p)
Half Day (≤4 hours) - $80
Full Day (4-8 Hours) - $120
$25/hour beyond 8 hours
Evenings (6p-10p)

Overnight Care
Overnight Care is available by pre-approval and on a space-available basis.
Drop-off is between 6:00–8:00 PM. Morning pick-up is between 6:00–8:00 AM.

Sibling Rate
Age <2 years - $50/night
Age 2-5 years - $25/night
Attendance Fees
Attendance fees apply when care extends beyond scheduled hours.
Early Drop-Off
$25/day
Applies to arrivals prior to 8:00 AM without contracted AM Extended Care.
Children will not be accepted before 7:30 AM.
Late Pick-Up
$1/minute
Applies to care provided after the contracted pick-up time.
Fees begin at the scheduled pick-up time.
Other Fees
Additional fees may apply as outlined in the Tuition Agreement.
