Drop-in care offers occasional support without requiring a recurring weekly schedule. Families complete enrollment once and may then request individual care dates when needed.
Because Tiny Vines is a small home-based program, each request is considered individually based on available space, licensing ratios, the children already scheduled, requested hours, group needs, and whether care can be safely supported.
Completing drop-in enrollment allows your family to request care; it does not reserve recurring days or guarantee availability for a specific date.

Sibling rates are available for drop-in care.
Exact pricing is confirmed when care is requested.
Card payments may be subject to Brightwheel’s current processing fee. ACH payment may be available to reduce or avoid card-processing fees.
Care types may be combined, but no child may be in care more than 23 hours according to licensing regulations.

Dinner is provided for approved evening or overnight bookings when the child arrives by the confirmed dinner cutoff. Breakfast is provided for overnight care.

Drop-in families bring all required supplies for each confirmed booking unless an approved supply is already stored at Tiny Vines.
Drop-In Enrollment & Account Fees

Enrollment Fee
$100
Due with the Drop-In Enrollment Packet. The fee is refunded only if Tiny Vines declines drop-in enrollment after reviewing the completed packet. It is otherwise nonrefundable and does not guarantee availability.
Late Payment Fee
$25
Booking payment is due by the deadline stated in the Drop-In Booking Confirmation. An unpaid booking may be released or canceled. A late fee may apply to any balance that remains unpaid after its stated deadline.
Returned Payment Fee
$40
Applies to each returned, declined, disputed, reversed, or failed payment.
Drop-In Schedule Fees
Applies when care extends beyond scheduled hours.
Early Drop-Off
$25 /day
Children may arrive only at the confirmed start time. If an earlier arrival is accepted without prior written approval, the early-drop-off fee applies.
Children are not accepted before 7:30 AM.
Late Pick-Up
$1 /minute
Applies to any pickup after the confirmed end time listed in the Drop-In Booking Confirmation.
Fees begin at the confirmed pick-up time.
Half-day and full-day rates apply only to the approved booking length; they do not create flexible arrival or pickup windows. Additional time is not guaranteed and must be approved. Unapproved time after the confirmed pickup time is charged at the late-pickup rate.
Availability, Requests & Booking
The calendar shows dates or care periods that may be available to request. Posted availability can change based on ongoing enrollment, previously approved requests, licensing capacity, age mix, group needs, and provider availability.
Families must be enrolled for drop-in care before requesting a date. A request is not a booking. Care is reserved only after the request has been approved, written confirmation has been sent, any required child updates or missing documents have been received, and payment has been completed by the deadline shown in the Drop-In Booking Confirmation.
