Tiny Vines offers full-time and part-time enrollment on a consistent weekly schedule, with extended care available when arranged in advance. Monthly tuition reserves your child’s enrolled schedule and is billed in advance.

Regular Hours
Regular hours are included in the standard tuition.
Extended Hours
Extended hours are an additional charge, due with tuition
Schedule
Full-time care is 4 - 5 days per week.
Part-time care is 3 days per week.
Billing
Tuition is billed monthly. Statements are sent on the 13th, and tuition is due on the 20th.
Regular Program Hours
Enrollment-based care takes place during these core program hours, with the day shaped around play, meals, rest, outdoor time, and each child’s individual needs.

Monday - Friday
8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Extended Care
Morning: 7:30 - 8:00 AM
Afternoon: 5:00 - 6:00 PM
Extended care may be added to an enrolled child’s regular schedule when arranged in advance, providing additional time before or after standard program hours.

Everyday supplies can generally remain in the child’s cubby rather than being sent back and forth each day.

Attendance & Schedule Fees
Applies when care extends beyond scheduled hours.
Early Drop-Off
$25 /day
Arrival before the contracted start time requires prior written approval. Applies when a child who is not enrolled in AM Extended Care arrives before 8:00 AM.
Children are not accepted before 7:30 AM.
Late Pick-Up
$1 /minute
Applies to care provided after the child’s scheduled pickup time.
For standard care scheduled through 5:00 PM, fees begin after 5:00 PM. For children enrolled in PM Extended Care through 6:00 PM, fees begin after 6:00 PM.
Enrollment & Account Fees
Additional fees outlined in the Tuition Agreement.
Enrollment Fee
$100
Due with enrollment paperwork. The fee is nonrefundable and is not applied toward tuition.
Late Payment Fee
$25
Applied on the 22nd when monthly tuition due on the 20th remains unpaid.
Returned Payment Fee
$40
Applies to each returned, declined, or failed payment.

CRC child care subsidies are welcome. Families are responsible for any tuition, fees, or other charges not covered by the subsidy.

Early Closures
Occasional planned early closures may be scheduled when needed.
Families receive advance notice and the date is added to the program calendar.
Administrative Days
2nd Monday of each month
A scheduled provider planning and program-maintenance day is held monthly.
Spring Break
A one-week scheduled spring closure is included in the annual program calendar.
Summer Vacation
Tiny Vines closes for a two-week summer vacation each year. Dates are announced in advance and included on the annual calendar.
Unexpected Closures
Unexpected closures may occasionally be necessary because of provider illness, emergencies, unsafe weather or air quality, utility outages, or other conditions that make care unsafe or unavailable.
Families are notified as promptly as possible.
Winter Break
Tiny Vines closes for a scheduled winter break at the end of the year, including the winter holidays.
A note about tuition:
Tiny Vines uses enrollment-based monthly tuition.
Scheduled holidays, admin days, and other paid closures are included in tuition.
Summer vacation is unpaid and tuition is adjusted accordingly.
