How to Enroll

Clear steps. Thoughtful placement. A process built around fit.

Ongoing enrollment at Tiny Vines is intentionally thoughtful. Because the program is small, each opening must work with a family’s schedule, licensing capacity and age ratios, the children already enrolled, start-date timing, and the needs of the group.

Families begin by submitting the Interest Form. When a potentially compatible opening is available—or a future opening may be appropriate—the family may be invited to tour Tiny Vines and learn more about daily life in the program.

After the tour, the next step depends on current availability and timing. A family may be invited to apply for a current opening or considered for the waitlist and future openings.

Tiny Vines uses Brightwheel for the Interest Form, tour scheduling, applications, enrollment paperwork, billing, and family communication. Creating an account or submitting a form does not enroll your child, reserve a space, or create a payment obligation.

Current Availability

 Check current availability here.

Availability is informational. An Interest Form, tour, application, or waitlist placement does not guarantee enrollment.

1. Start Here

Begin with the Interest Form

Share your child’s age, requested schedule, anticipated start date, and care needs. The Interest Form helps determine whether a current or expected opening may be compatible.

2. Come See Tiny Vines

Tour the Space

When a potentially compatible opening or future opportunity exists, families may be invited to tour the home, ask questions, and learn more about daily life at Tiny Vines.

When a compatible opening is available, a family may be invited to submit an application for placement review. An application does not guarantee an enrollment offer.

Waitlist & Future Openings

When no compatible opening is currently available - or a family is planning for a later start - they may be considered for the waitlist or future openings.

What You'll Complete

Paperwork comes later in the process.

Families do not need to complete full licensing paperwork simply to join the Interest List, tour, apply, or wait for a future opening.

  • Licensing forms

  • Health & allergy information

  • Handbook & policy agreements

  • Permissions & authorizations

  • Payment forms

The $100 enrollment fee is not due when you submit the Interest Form, tour, join the waitlist, or apply.

It is due only after an enrollment placement is offered and the family moves forward with enrollment paperwork. The fee is nonrefundable and is not applied toward tuition.
